Welcome to second grade! My name is Mrs. Raines. This is my 5th year working at Valley View. I love learning new things, especially about technology. I just finished my Master's in Educational Technology at the University of Connecticut. My undergraduate degree is in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland, College Park.
