Below are the descriptions the students wrote to explain our business to the Kindergartners....
Welcome to Gym-tastic Gym. This is a place were you can exercise . Hope you have fun!
Exercise Video - This is a 5 minute video on the smart board. If you need help, there is a person in the back and one in the front. They will help you with the moves.
Sit-Up Station - Welcome to the sit-up station. We will time you for one minute. Who ever does the most sit-ups wins a sticker! If you stop before the other person, the other person wins!
Push-Up Station - Welcome to the push-up station. We will time you for a minute. Who ever gets the most wins!
Hula Hoop Station - We are here to hula hoop. Who ever hula-hoops the most will stay for a few more rounds and get a sticker. Madison will be here on Thursday and Lily will be here on Tuesday. Thank you!
